Calcutta High Court Recruitment for Stenographer/ PA Vacancy

Duly filled applications are being invited by Calcutta High Court for preparation of a panel for filling up the existing and expected vacancies in the post of PA or Stenographer Grade C in the Pay Scale Rs. 7100-37600/- per month from the Indian Citizens possessing Knowledge in the vernacular of the State through the notification No. – 1908 – RG dated 06th May 2013. Hence, interested aspirants may send their duly filled applications on the address of Calcutta High Court on or before 31st May 2013. More details are given below.

Job Details of Stenographer/ PA Vacancy in Calcutta High Court

Name of the Vacant Seats: – Stenographer/ PA

Total No. of Vacancy: – 51 (Existing Vacancies – 13, Expected Vacancies – 38)

Educational Qualification: – Applicants must have passed the Intermediate examination from any recognized Board or Council and speed of 120 word per minute in Shorthand and speed of 30 word per minute in Type writing. Applicants having a certificate in Computer Training from a recognized Institution and a satisfactory fingering speed in Computer Operation.

Salary: – Rs. 7100-37600/- with Grade Pay Rs. 3600/- per month.

Age Limit: – Applicants age should not be more than 32 years and not below than 18 years as on 31st May 2013.

Application Fee: – Applicants must pay Rs. 200/- + Rs. 12/- (Rs. 50/- + Rs. 12/-) as application fee + Bank Charges in the form of Challan.

How to Apply: – willing aspirants who fulfill the requisite qualification and other eligibility may send their duly filled applications on a plain A4 size paper on the address which is ‘To, The Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta’ along with true copies of all supporting documents and two latest passport size color photograph (One is pasted on the right hand top corner on the application form and second is stitched with the application form). Applicants must enclose a self addressed envelope with postage stamp of Rs. 5/- with the application form.
